We make light poles.

United Lighting Standards entered the lighting industry in 1971 with the promise of the best partner service possible. Ever since then, we have dedicated ourselves to the design, fabrication, finishing, and packaging of high-quality steel and aluminum area lighting poles using the most qualified structural materials available.

We make our partners our top priority.

We know that without outstanding quality and customer focus, our commitments will only fall flat. Our in-house team and representatives in the field are highly qualified and trained to deliver the most efficient and pleasant experiences out there. From the technical to the mundane, we focus on building the greatest possible value at every touch point.

We know quality counts.

We also proudly back our products with an incredible team of skilled welders and production managers, consulting engineers, and a national group of professional sales representatives capable of assisting electrical engineers, contractors, and end users in the selection of the correct poles. Aesthetics, structural integrity, and economics are given full consideration for every job.

We have really high standards.

We adhere to standards set forth by AASHTO, ASTM International, and NEMA. All of our products are built using the fabricating and welding procedures outlined in the American Welding Society (AWS) manual for steel and aluminum to eliminate welding defects and ensure structural integrity.
